Understanding Interventions

What works, for whom, and under which conditions? What evidence would allow others to learn from it? These questions sit at the center of understanding and evaluating interventions.

Independent publishing & historical inquiry

Tony’s Guide & Jamaican historical research

Publisher · researcher

Place becomes more interesting when useful guidance meets the deeper story: history, culture, environment, and the lives behind the landscape.

Tony’s Guide connects destination planning with contextual storytelling. DePass’s Jamaican historical and family research examines archival records and inherited narratives, with particular interest in the histories of St. Mary and St. Ann. The work asks what records establish, what they leave unresolved, and how interpretation changes when new evidence emerges.

The organizations and publications featured here maintain their own websites, services, and editorial identities. This portfolio describes DePass’s connection to each; it does not merge them.
