How the work connects
Three practical tools.
A framework for understanding development.
Career Navideer connects lifestyle aspirations with career research, education options, and a continuing plan. Student Success Modules help learners work on academic habits, decision-making, financial literacy, resilience, and self-care. Transition Navideer starts with the experience an adult already brings and helps them investigate new directions.
These products address related needs at different moments. A student may explore a future, develop skills for pursuing it, and later reconsider a career as circumstances change. The links below let you enter at the question that matters now.
What does CDI add?
Career Development Intelligence organizes evidence about aspirations, exploration, development, decisions, alignment, and outcomes. Its cycle moves from data and indicators through analysis, interpretation, and human review to potential action, evaluation, and new observations. The six domains are connected areas of inquiry that people can revisit throughout their lives.
Career Navideer supplied the primary observational environment for the framework’s initial development. The product workflows shown here explain their functions; they do not establish a validated CDI implementation or measured effectiveness for Transition Navideer or Student Success Modules.
